Minsk Public Corporation “Keramin” is the biggest producer of construction ceramics in the NIS countries. Produced goods are sold in NIS countries, Baltic countries and Middle Asia. Company employs about 3000 people. Since year 1994 most of the company profit (55.2 million USD) was invested in reequipping of production line. The company permanently modernizes its equipment, introduces new progressive technologies and decreases power-consuming. All this and flexible price system allow company to produce European level high quality goods.

“Keramin” ceramics is produced on the equipment of Italian firm “Sakmi” – leader in the field of production of equipment for ceramics industry. Company “Keramin” produces ceramic wall tiles, decors, friezes, ceramic floor tiles, sanitary engineering, ceramic bricks and art ceramics. The company introduced new innovative ceramic granite “Gres” with performance attributes of natural material. Recently new investment project with 20.1 million USD cost was started. Project is targeted on reconstruction of sanitary engineering plant. Project will significantly increase output of produced ceramics. Difference will total 48 million USD. It will cover reconstruction costs during 2.5 – 3 years. Currently 80% of company products are exported to other countries.
European quality ceramics
Public Corporation “Keramin” passed ISO 9002 standards certification in 2000. Russian Federation of State Standards pronounced company products the best goods on the Russian market. Products were also awarded prestigious international prizes: “Golden star” (Spain), “Golden Globe” (Denmark), “Birmingham torch” (USA) and diplomas from other significant international exhibitions.
